My name is Christoph P. Ebert, aka realize2actualize, and I am a post-graduate student in the School of Hard Knocks, also known as the School of Life. Every since I was a child I had the strong desire to grasp the meaning of existence, trying to understand the motivation behind human behavior, the underlying reasons for suffering, conflict, violence and war. This quest has lead me through some very unique and life transforming experiences, all of which have provided me with much significant insight and knowledge.
I began on my active personal studies in the early 90's, a time during which I was going through some radical changes and challenges in my life. On January 19 1991 I left my home in Germany, moved to Kansas and became part of a whole different culture and ethnicity.
This experience put me face to face with my own limitations and shortcomings, and opened me up to a great amount of introspective learning and conscious transformation.
In 1993 I came across the whole subject of self-help, something which was very new to me at the time. I became instantaneously fascinated by the whole idea of working on myself, especially since I was facing some very serious challenges in my own life.
Since then I have studied hundreds of books, articles, tapes and essays on subjects such as personal growth, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, management, and leadership. Among those who have inspired me to achieve personal and professional excellence were Dr. Wayne Dwyer, Deepak Chopra, Leo Buscali, John Bradshaw, Erich Fromm, Dale Carnegy, Anthony Robbins, Peter Drucker, Tom Peters, Ken Blenchard and Earl Nightingale.
After my divorce became finalized I moved from Kansas to San Francisco in December of 2003, and since then have dedicated myself exclusively to continue on my studies, the product of which is realize2actualize, a very practical and empowering philosophy of life and living, dedicated to the study of how we create our own reality: http://realize2actualize.googlepages.com
I am now in the process of building my practice as motivational and inspirational speaker, personal growth facilitator, life coach, teacher and writer.
The main focus and purpose of my work is to guide others in the undersanding of how to uncover and utilize the truth which only can be found within themselves. While I have the gift of inspiring all kind of audiences with a new way of thinking, when it comes to the organizational aspets of developing my practice I could greatly appreciate your help with some of the following:
* designing a professional website,
* creating an online blog, news letter, mission statement and proposal,
* advertising and promotions,
* creating marketing material such as brochures, flyers and business cards,
* maintaining and developing a regular email list,
* finding different sources of funding.

Also, I have a growing online library of 358 videos, and while they are all spontaneous presentations (never rehearsed any of those recordings, never had a script to read off on) which are lacking greatly in structure and organization they are a good introduction to my work, and of course they are great practice for me: http://www.youtube.com/user/realize2actualize
People tend to enjoy those presentations, of course some are better than others, but what I would like do is reduce the amount of videos, and create a better desription for those available in my archive. So, what I am looking for is for someone to take some time to watch and help edit those presentations, and create an interesting headline and comments to desribe each video.
This is a very comprehensive project, and so I would like to work with other creative writers, editors, web designers, promotors, investors, mentors, events cordinators, life coaches, teacher and students who can assist me during the actualization phase of becoming established as a professional.
Furthermore, to help me gain valuable experience I would like to voluntueer my services to any community group, school, church, business or other social organization who would like to hear a very empowering and uplifting message, designed to guide my audience in the practical awareness of how to generate positive change from within.
